Office in 📍 Rīga / Warsaw #remote

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar position;
  • Higher education in sales/marketing or related field as an advantage;
  • English at C1 level; knowledge of German and Russian is an advantage;
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Experience in customer relationship management;
  • Dedication to providing high quality customer service.

Will be a huge advantage:

  • Experience in iGaming (Gambling/Betting);
  • Knowledge of German and language is an advantage (possibly excellent written)....;


  • Managing the daily VIP customer service via email/WhatsApp;
  • Responding to VIP customer inquiries regarding financial transactions, betting activity and/or questions about gaming activity and general information to provide a single point of contact;
  • Understanding our ideal customers and their relationship to our products;
  • Effectively representing the company with full knowledge of our offerings;
  • Researching customer needs and determining how our solutions meet them;
  • Assisting clients and creating long-term relationships that meet their needs.
