Hey!


We are a Polish company providing tax and accounting services to businesses in the e-commerce sector, especially those operating on international marketplace platforms such as Amazon, eBay, EMAG, etc.


We have been present in the market for 5 years now and we are continuously growing - that's why it's time to strengthen our support team!


In your new role as a Front Line Customer Support, you will manage requests coming through to the helpdesk, ensuring that they are all dealt with within target times. You will provide front-line customer support, raise tickets in the JIRA system, or assign relevant employees to each request.


Key responsibilities:


  • Raising and keeping records of Customer tickets in JIRA ticketing portal,
  • Providing front-line customer support primarily through JIRA, but also via phone and email,
  • Identify and troubleshoot customer issues, providing accurate solutions and guidance,
  • Working closely with the second support line,
  • Liaising with other departments to provide a speedy and quality resolution to our Customers,
  • Ensuring the highest level of Customer service,
  • Other administrative duties,


Perfect team member profile:


  • At least one year experience in a similar position,
  • Ability to use Helpdesk/Jira ticketing system,
  • Very strong communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Experience in providing excellent Customer service,
  • Very good organization skills with the ability to multitask,
  • Ability to work efficiently within a team,
  • Fluent level of written and verbal communication skills in Polish,
  • Good level of written and verbal communication skills in English,
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package,
