Join our vibrant sales team as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) and play a key role in fueling our growth.  You'll be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and setting the foundation for successful client relationships. This is an ideal opportunity for a driven and communication-savvy individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

  • Be a prospecting powerhouse: Identify and research potential customers, utilizing various techniques like cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Lead qualification champion: Engage with prospects, understand their needs, and qualify leads to ensure a good fit for our services.
  • Pipeline builder: Schedule appointments for Account Executives with qualified leads, setting the stage for successful sales conversations.
  • Data & Efficiency Advocate: Maintain accurate records in our CRM, ensuring smooth handoffs and efficient sales pipeline management.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Partner with the broader sales team, sharing insights and best practices to elevate overall performance.

You're a great fit if you have:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales development or a related field (B2B a plus).
  • A strong understanding of the sales cycle and prospecting methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A knack for navigating challenges and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with CRM software, e.g. Salesforce, and lead generation tools.
  • A hunger for learning and a desire to contribute to a growing company.
