BRAND24 is looking for a skilled and ambitious individual who likes challenges and thrives in a fast-paced environment to join its Wrocław team as a Customer Success Representative.
Who is a Customer Success Representative at Brand24? If you are a goal oriented person with a self-driven mindset, easy to make contacts with potential clients and you are convincing and creative to present benefits of using Brand24 monitoring tool, then you just may be the right candidate!
Things you’ll do:

●     Run customer e-communication and be able to articulate product features, benefits, future direction and overall Brand24 solution
●     Customer acquisition in an inbound and outbound channel
●     Prepare dedicated sales presentations and sales analyzes
●     Support customer helpdesk team
●     Active contribution to product and company development
Job requirements:

●     Excellent English skills, both written and spoken enabling comfortable communication with English native speakers
●     Excellent sales skills - professional product presentation, negotiation techniques, understand customer’s needs
●     Ability to establish and maintain excellent customer relationships
●     Some experience in sales and/or customer service in the Internet / e-commerce industry
●     Enjoys speaking and communicating with people
●     Confident; engaged; self-motivated; work smarter, not harder
●     Knowledge of the Internet / SaaS market is an advantage
●     Has a good grasp of technology such as CRM systems and tools 
●     Must be available to work late hours (1:00-9:00 PM / 2:00-10:00 PM)
