#What will you do?

You’ll work with pro, semi-pro, and aspiring poker players from all countries and walks of life imaginable.
You'll be making technical onboarding calls for new customers, help them to use the platform in practice, and making sure everything runs smoothly for them. We stay in touch with customers mainly via our ticketing system, email, and messaging apps like Skype. 

You can also be involved in creating articles and tutorials, how-to videos for our Help Center. Previous experience in that and/or native or full business proficiency in Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Hindi, or Chinese to prepare materials in these languages is a great plus. 
You will cooperate closely with the technical team as well as with the community manager.

It's good to know best practices and learn from them, but life is too short to just do everything the old way.
We will ask you for your thought on what can be done better, always on a quest to find a way to evolve to the next level.
