Join our team of creative individuals as a: Technical Support Specialist.
Your main mission will be to:
- maintain a positive customer support experience with your friendly presence and helpful attitude
- help Product Teams in delivering high quality products.
A detailed training will be provided so that you will feel confident in contacting customers, providing online guided support and working with our toolset.
Your core duties will include:
- Providing 1st/2nd line of support for incident resolution and requests reported by users,
- Responding to emails from our international customers ensuring their satisfaction,
- Contributing original content about our products and double-checking product documentation
- As a member of a scrum team, taking part in other activities that may lead to products success!
You will do great if you combine the following experience, skills and personal attributes:
- Previous experience in providing a single point-of-contact for users
- Self-motivated achiever who gains satisfaction from providing excellent customer service
- Analytical thinking and exceptional problem solving skills
- Technical background and/or at least basic experience with linux, relational databases (SQL)
- English (min. B2)
