The Account Supervisor role brings a mixture of operational, account management and team management activities. The mission of this role is to lead and inspire the team to achieve desired objectives, budgets and quality and maintain high client satisfaction.
Responsibilities of Account Supervisor:
- Building long-term relationships with clients by extensive analysis and understanding of their business needs, improving continuously the overall client experience
- Advising on the complete eCommerce strategy for the client, presenting creative, innovative ideas, discovering new client’s needs
- Managing a market dedicated team and supervision of dedicated projects
- Ongoing communication with the team, allocation of tasks
- Supervision on the progress made by the team, maintaining on-time and high-quality tasks delivery within the desired budget
- Day-to-day analyze of team efficiency and the ability to recognize and deliver improvements to people and processes
- Serving as a role model and knowledge expert, training and developing people within the team, provide feedback and performance review, encourage to professional growth
Our requirements:
- Passionate, ambitious individual with a business-oriented, strategic approach
- 2 years of supervising / team management experience, passion and desire to develop leadership skills
- Min. 3 years of experience working in an e-commerce field
- Experienced in working in an advertising / digital agency is a plus
- Experienced in working with various (preferably international) clients and on various projects and ability to build long-term relationships with clients
- Fluency in English - at least C1 level (any additional language on any level is an extra!)

What you can expect in the recruitment process:

- Step 2 Logical test - until further notice in a remote form, testing competency of analytical thinking

- Step 4 Recruitment interview with Client Success Manager and HR person (videocall)
- Step 5 Recruitment interview with the Board (in person)
