You’ve guessed it! We’re an IT company and our cloud software helps eCommerce stores around the world sell more using marketing automation across email, SMS, mobile, web and chat channels. We deliver more than 20 billion marketing messages each year for over 400 companies and 1,000 brands. Not bad, huh?
At present we’re looking for an upbeat, people-oriented Sales & New Business Manager to help grow our eCommerce clients portfolio.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Contacting existing leads and cold lead databases to find golden opportunities (this one is pretty straightforward, isn’t it?).
- Actively using tools such as Sales Navigator or SimilarTech to prospect new leads (and you can recommend other tools!).
- Making sure our prospects receive the golden sales pitching, so they will ❤️ to start working with us (no previous hypnotist experience required!).
- Making sure our sales-ready leads in the pipeline convert into happy customers (money, money, money!).
- Performing outstanding product demonstrations (mostly online), so that prospects will be asking you to send them the contract to sign right away 😉
- Tracking daily sales metrics and updating records in the CRM (this one sounds boring, but we still need it!).
- Creating and negotiating tailored offers to maximize profits (again: money!).
- Drafting contract service agreements (this one also sounds boring but it still needs to be done!).
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships (but you will not have to invite them to your family parties 😉).
- Representing ExpertSender during domestic and international trade shows and conferences (be our friendly, helpful face and generate more leads).
- Clearly communicating the progress of initiatives to internal and external stakeholders (we all need to be on the same page).
- Collaborating with internal teams to develop opportunities, so that our eCommerce clients can do more (yay!)!
Apply now if you:
- Speak English on a proficient level (any additional languages considered a plus!).
- Have at least 3 years of previous experience in B2B sales (if it’s backed with results, that’s even better!), preferably to eCommerce/retail companies.
- Are interested in new technologies, digital and eCommerce.
- Are able to communicate, present to and influence key stakeholders within the Team, and the C-level executives eat out of your hand.
- We ❤️ a can-do attitude!
We’ll be hyped if you:
- Know Polish (it will make things easier for everyone, as we’re a Polish company 😊).
- Worked with MS Dynamics and MS Office.
- Like and have experience with MarTech, eCommerce and SaaS technologies.
