We are currently on the lookout for a new Account Executive to join us on our sales-hacking mission.
What will you be doing?
In this role, your main responsibility will be Closing Deals. You will work on the opportunities, sourced by the SDRs team: start with the Discovery stage, support prospects throughout their Evaluation process, and handle the full Negotiation cycle. Your goal will be to: (i) ensure we are solving real problems for our clients and adding value to how they do things; (ii) take a consultative approach in selling and become your clients’ trusted advisor; and (iii) challenge prospects to take action, if it’s the right “fit”.
It is an ideal role for a young professional, who has already got their feet wet in sales, but wants to keep growing. You will learn a lot of sales theory, and develop the skills to influence the outcomes of your interactions with the clients, without using the sales script - we are a team of problem solvers, not order takers. We strongly believe in the Challenger model, GAP Selling, and Sales EQ philosophy.

The must-haves in this role:
- English on C1/Proficiency level (both spoken and written)
- At least 1 year of sales experience in a client-facing role
- Willingness to work afternoons/evenings (12pm-8pm)
- Coachability (you’ve got to learn quickly!)
- Great organization skills & work ethic
- Communication skills and empathy
- Drive for results, for improvement
- Patience and persistence
