We connect businesses across the world using our proprietary machine learning. Looks like we are good at that - today we have 500+ clients who love the product (see what they say about us).

We are currently on the lookout for a talented Strategy Consultant to join us on our mission of customer happiness. This is a customer success role that requires a mix of great English, empathy, and business consulting skills. The customer success survey showed that 99% of customers find our Success team is either great or amazing.

What will you be doing?

Building relationships with our clients by analyzing their business cases & needs, setting their expectations and implementing strategies for their continued success with Growbots. Other tasks wills include delivering exceptional onboarding experience, driving adoption, suggesting product improvements based on customer feedback and account management. It is worth to emphasize that we work with customers from all over the world (mainly US) so you'll have a chance to develop your interpersonal skills by building long-lasting business relations.
