The role as Account Manager

This position is situated at our Krakow office. You will be working with everything from finding and contacting new clients to building and maintaining strong relationships with your clients. You will work closely together with our Customer Success Team as well as with your other colleagues in Poland.

You will be a part of a global sales team with great team spirit and always with the customer top of mind. Our product is suitable for all clients, both in the private and public sector, giving you a broad market to operate. A lot of your client contact will be through phone calls but also through web and personal meetings.

Our product is a platform for vulnerability assessments, which is a very current topic, not least regarding new laws and regulations such as GDPR and NIS but we can also see an increased demand for cyber security in general. There is a high demand for our product, and we need to expand the team.

Who we are looking for

You are ambitious, driven and persistent in your work finding and contacting new clients. You enjoy working to set goals and always strive to deliver excellent results. It is important that you are a team player and you are motivated by both collective and individual sales goals. We are working within cyber security and handle sensitive information which is why you need to be a trustworthy and dependable person.

To be successful in this role

You need to have worked with B2B sales before, preferably within IT. You have a track record of delivering excellent results and you need to have basic knowledge about network TCP/IP and web. You are fluent in both Polish and English, both written and spoken.
