Performance Marketing Specialist

Your role:

Manage, execute and optimize digital performance campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook, e-mails).
Create communication strategies for e-mail marketing, push notifications, SMS, re-targeting.
Monitor campaigns performance and provide business owners with the insight – support business decision making.
Look for opportunities to reach new customers, bringing new acquisitions and continuously improving the area of performance advertising.
Work with tools such as Exponea, GA360 and Tableau.
Closely cooperate with affiliate partners and influencers.

What will help you get the job done:

Around 3 years’ of experience working in a similar role.
Background in the e-commerce environment, driving new acquisitions of B2C customers.
Excellent written and spoken English.
Experience working with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads.
Knowledge of marketing automation tools (preferably Exponea, but not necessarily).
Self-driven attitude and ability to collaborate within an international environment.
Experience with Tableu reports and graphical software (Photoshop etc.) would be an advantage.
University degree in marketing would be an advantage.
