Hi! We’re INVO and our goal is to create beautifully designed and fully-functional solutions tailored to our clients’ businesses. As INVO grows on international market we are developing our Sales Team and looking for a new Teammate to join us.
The ideal candidate is an independent, motivated person, showing great initiative and focused on rapid growth. You must be able to establish relationships, be able to gently listen and ask accurate, precise questions.
- Location: Warsaw or remotely
- Salary: 3,500 - 6,000 PLN netto + VAT
- Employment type: B2B or UoD

Your role and responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs
- Establishing long-term relationships with clients
- Identifying and analyzing client needs plus advising on product functionalities and use cases
- Generating new sales opportunities using our sales tools
- Preparing sales offers, negotiating contracts and participate with closing agreements according to specific sales plans
- Developing and conducting activities aimed at increasing sales efficiency
We're looking for someone who has:
- Excellent command of written and spoken English (min. C1 level)
- 1+ experience on working in B2B sales, business development or a similar role in IT or startup industry
- Experience on daily work with CRM system
- An open mind and a proactive approach
- Fascination with the new tech market
- Flexibility and readiness to quickly adapt to changes
