Position: Content Specialist
Where: Remotely, but cool if Warsaw or Krakow.
We are a Polish start-up with several thousand clients. We create a platform for Instagram development - we enable easy search of effective hashtags and detailed analysis of the community. No - no bots, no automation. Simply advanced analytics that helps our customers build credible accounts.
We are looking for a person with great English, who will permanently join our team and create Instagram-related content.
It will sound cliche, but we are really dynamically developing. We offer a lot of flexibility and the possibility of great development. We are looking for well-organized and independent people who, when they come up with a great idea, simply start implementing it. With us, you have a big influence on the company.
Work is fully remote, but part of the team is in Warsaw and Krakow, so it’s nice to meet in person sometimes :)

What is important for us?
- We communicate with each other and with the clients in writing – precision and linguistic efficiency is the key to minimizing misunderstandings.
- Do we need to mention great English? You must feel comfortable writing articles and speaking in English.
- We will be happy to work with a person who is creative, who can offer solutions to problems that arise, and who is not afraid to share his or her ideas.
- We need a person who will establish long-term cooperation with us. If you are looking for a temporary job, this is not an offer for you.
- We want to work with a person who can organize work from home. We expect independence, punctuality, and responsibility for your actions.
- A proactive attitude is very important – both in proposing new solutions in the company and in relation to inquiries from clients.
- You do not need to have a specific education, but we want you to be familiar with Social Media – especially Instagram. You need to feel it!
Creating content related to online marketing:
- Preparing articles for the blog – addressed mainly to people developing Instagram
- Recording video content for our blog, YouTube, and Instagram
- Regularly writing and sending newsletters to our users
- Creating content on social media
Apply if you...
- You speak fluent English.
- You write and make simple text editing in a linguistically correct way (without spelling, punctuation errors, etc.).
- You feel good in front of the camera and will be happy to create educational video content for our clients and on our profile on Instagram.
- You know how to create interesting content on social media and engage the audience.
- You are interested in digital marketing and have experience in this field.
- You can make simple graphics in Canva. (The skill of film editing would be great, but not necessary!).
- You are not afraid of challenges, learning completely new things.
- Remote work suits you.
- You show initiative and commitment.
- You are well organized and independent.
- You efficiently navigate through social media (Facebook and Instagram, YouTube).
- If something does not suit you or does not work as it should – you will simply communicate it clearly.
