Osoba zatrudniona na tym stanowisku b臋dzie zarz膮dza艂a na ten moment 9 osobowym zespo艂em, sk艂adaj膮cym si臋 z mikozespo艂贸w z艂o偶onych ze stanowisk - Project Manager, Business Consultant (wspiera PM), Technical Consultant (konfiguracja sprz臋tu itp.). Poszukujmy bardzo mocnego do艣wiadczenia w obszarze prowadzenia i zarz膮dzania projektami technologicznymi. Poszukujemy osoby bardzo dojrza艂ej, kt贸ra b臋dzie blisko wsp贸艂pracowa艂a z osobami z poziomu zarz膮du oraz b臋dzie w stanie samodzielnie zarz膮dza膰 ryzykiem oraz zmian膮. Idealny kandydat posiada do艣wiadczenie wyniesione z firmy konsultingowej (Deloitte, Accenture itp.).
Responsibilities:
- leading multiple software implementation teams across customers
- responsibility for project management, team management, and quality of customer-focused delivery
- generating timelines and estimating costs
- providing day to day and strategic leadership to a team
- responsibility for applying expert knowledge of the implementation and large project process
- making decisions and solving problems to move the business forward
- working with the management team to define and execute strategies
- new business scoping and estimating activities
- supporting the scoping of projects by providing project resource estimates
- monitoring and managing team headcount to functional budget
- working closely with other team members on various projects and initiatives
- developing relationships across the organization and listening to the needs of internal and external customers
- establishing clearly defined goals, objectives, responsibilities, competencies, and development plans for each member of the team
- coach, mentor, and develop team members
Experience & Skills:
- bachelor's or Master's degree
- prince 2 Foundation or PMP certification
- implementation, technology, and project management experience
- 10+ years of business experience, with 5+ years of managing teams and recruiting talents
- minimum 3-5 years of experience with technology implementation
- experience with analysis and project life cycle methodologies
- consulting experience at consultant or manager level
- understanding of the implementation project life cycle
- demonstrated ability to manage multiple resources who are working on complex projects and tasks simultaneously
- strong collaborative, negotiating, influencing, leadership, presentation, decision-making, and also written and verbal communication skills
- ability to foster and maintain strong, collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders, resources, management, etc.
- ability to make decisions based on a broad range of issues, within and outside the control of the day-to-day working environment.
- ability to provide strategic analysis and consult with senior leaders
- ability to identify, define, and execute opportunities for improvement and recommend alternative solutions to process inefficiencies.
- ability to solve a variety of problems typically with very complex scope using exceptional problem solving, analytical, and project consulting skills.
- ability to support pre-sales efforts and activities at existing customers and new prospects
