We are a fast-growing 360 eCom marketing agency with 13 people team, 24 clients and over $200,000 in the monthly advertising spend. Within the next 6 months, we aim to have 25 people team, $1m in monthly spend and 30 clients total.

Naturally, we crave smart people who understand how to strategise and execute and will take proper care of the super-exciting projects we manage.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to broaden their digital knowledge across other disciplines in a dynamic digital agency and enjoys working from the comfort of their home in their spare time. What kind of person we need (please demonstrate these in your proposal):

> At least 2 years of experience with Facebook Ads, PPC and/or Sales Funnels
> Dropshipping or eCommerce Director experience is highly welcome
> Knowledge of the UK, USA, Canadian and Australian advertising markets.
> Demonstrated ability to leverage account management, relationship building and planning skills to further develop existing relationships and business.
> Very Strategic, understands how different pieces of a marketing strategy fit together to generate results. Understands the difference between principles, strategies and tactics  
> Familiarity with common marketing frameworks and teachings of the key figures in Facebook Ads, PPC, Funnels and marketing in general (Russel Brunson, Jon Loomer, Ryan Levesque’s ASK Method, Jeff Walker Product Launch Formula, Ryan Deiss, Ezra Firestone)
> General knowledge with some of the following: market research, customer research, competitive research, direct response copywriting, digital sales, PPC advertising (Facebook Ads & Google Adwords), sales funnels, Web analytics; and optionally: CRO, UX design, eCommerce, CRM, email marketing, sales process automation, web development  
> Passionate about digital marketing and testing new strategies
> Data-driven, results-focused
> very pragmatic, with good understanding of business realities
> Creative in writing and speech  
> Amazing communicator
> Knows how to manage clients expectations
> Experience with project management  
> Experience managing a team
> Passionate about the opportunity to help scaling a digital agency

What will your typical day look like:

    > You collaborate with sales team, get insights on the new leads, add strategic input and personalise proposal templates for each prospect
    > You greet new clients on board and personalise onboarding document templates for each client
    > You orchestrate the creation of digital strategies for the clients
    > You delegate market research tasks and compile a strategy decks based on our templates
    > You hold weekly team meetings with review of each project
    > You review weekly video updates by the team
    > You assign and manage daily project tasks
    > You gather and review weekly and monthly reports from the team and present them to the clients
    > You hold weekly update calls with clients, present new findings, plan nextstrategy steps
    > You monitor project expenses and report them to the management
    > You document and improve onboarding, research, delivery, project management processes, client retention and referral processes
    > Create case studies from successful campaigns and gather testimonials from clients
    > You constantly come up with ideas for improving project results and consistency of our performance
    > You search for and select additional talent to expand the delivery teamTypical workload:
