If you consider yourself as a people person and you like to help others to be more successful - you’re in the right place. LiveCall, a fast-growing software startup, is currently looking for a Specialist in the Customer Success Department.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- providing the best, friendly and customer-oriented support to LiveCall customers and potential customers,
- responding to LiveCall's customer requests via live chat, e-mail, and telephone between 9 AM and 5 PM (Mo-Fri)
- conducting basic product training (demo) for new customers,
- help in maintaining and developing a knowledge base about the software (help.livecall.io),
- pro-active outreach to new customers to help them gain as much value from LiveCall as possible,
- creating procedures, KPIs for the Customer Support Department and reporting on them.
We expect from you:
- openness and good interpersonal skills
- advanced English skills, both written and spoken,
- ease of learning new programs and internet tools,
- minimum of 25 hours of engagement/ week
Any of the following would be considered as an advantage:
- experience in working in customer service (work in a restaurant or a department store is also ok),
- interest in marketing, communication, new technologies or the world of startups.
