Right now, we are going through a dynamic and exciting expansion plan, in 2020 we successfully launched 6 new markets and increased the size of our Customer Care Team significantly. Therefore we need a talented Team Manager, who can take ownership of providing our Customer Care Team Leaders with the right support in order for them and their team teams, to reach their OKRs and KPIs, as well as motivate their agents to deliver excellent service, ensuring our customers are left with an amazing customer experience.
