We are looking for an Account Manager to join our Growth team. We are looking for an experienced specialist who not only knows how to onboard new clients but also how to identify potential risks and growth opportunities while keeping a strong focus on customer satisfaction along the way.
You will:
- Build and nurture relationships with current clients by ensuring that Monterail provide meaningful solutions to their needs
- Manage client portfolio and revenue
- Be responsible for expanding our network and looking for new opportunities by obtaining both passive and active referrals
- Learn to understand the business of each of our clients and how the product we are building influences it
- Share insights with the production and growth teams to improve client experience
- Manage the post-sales onboarding process in cooperation with our production, growth, and legal teams
- Coordinate negotiation, offer, and contract handling
- Oversee and maintain the CRM data quality
- Conduct regular NPS surveys to measure clients’ satisfaction
Ideally you:
- Have previous experience in Customer Success or Account Management roles in an IT company
- Speak and write in English (almost) like it was your mother tongue
- Have outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Are familiar with CRM systems like HubSpot/PipeDrive or similar
- Are a proactive, well-organized, and stress-resistant person
- Have strong planning, coordination & organization skills
- Are able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Big +
- Solid tech background or hands-on insight into how web and mobile applications work
- Previous experience with Sales/PO/PM/BA role
- Fluency in one of the European languages (eg. French, German)
- Love and understanding of dynamic Software House environment and its people
Salary:
6 000 - 9 500 PLN net + VAT (B2B contract)
4 900 - 7 900 PLN gross on an employment contract (UoP)
Negotiable depending on skills, experience, and your potential.
