As a Marketing Insight Analyst - Customer Transformation, you will work closely with the Ada Customer Transformation Lead & Zappi Account Lead to deliver reporting and analytics and day-to-day customer support.

Consumer-centricity has never been more critical to PepsiCo.  Ada, our new digitized Insights eco-system, is a key enabler of driving consumer centricity across the function and the business.
The PepsiCo Digitization team is responsible for designing and building these new tools in partnership with the supplier Zappi. In the first 18 months of the partnership, we have developed and deployed 3 tools across the ~10 markets. We are in process of expanding the methodology to new use cases, new markets, and/or new categories.

Initial responsibilities in this role are focused on knowledge capture. It will take up to several months to transition the know-how into our Krakow center until the actual delivery will start.
In that time, you will have direct exposure to the business unit or sector processes focusing on those that you will become responsible for; you will cooperate closely with key stakeholders to shape the service model; and we encourage you to identify, design, and document improvement solutions. On top of that, you will build business relationships, and pioneer a new way of working at our Krakow center.
