👉 We are looking for a Head of Marketing

Who are we looking for?

Experienced specialist with the ability to build and implement a long-term marketing strategy on foreign markets
A proactive person open to acquiring new skills and knowledge
A person who will be a liaison between various departments (EB, Marketing, Sales)
An enthusiast focused on being up-to-date with marketing and technology trends
An employee-friendly personality that will help us build a perfect atmosphere inside the company

Main responsibilities:

Plan and execute a marketing strategy for the organisation and for new and existing products or services
Manage Marketing & Sales CRM (monthly, quarterly and annual reports preparation)
Oversee the implementation of the marketing strategy
Manage website CMS - oversee portfolio case studies
Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
Set up monthly, quarterly KPI and manage marketing budget
Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIs inbound leads
Manage and measure marketing campaign effects (CPC, CPL, etc.)
Set up, update, monitor and execute the approved daily/weekly/monthly communication plan with the marketing team
Plan and execute lead generation strategy (inbound and outbound) and event strategy
Participating in technology trade fairs abroad
Provide tools and materials to enable the sales team to function effectively
Report directly to CEO

Experience/Skills:

At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience in the IT & digital sectors
A clear leadership role as a decision-maker
Understanding of digital marketing and having proven experience in launching distinguished and attractive digital campaigns
Knowledge of marketing tools: Hubspot, Google Analytics, Hotjar, Similarweb, Jira, Trello, FB Ads and others
Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, decision-making skills
Ability to adapt to multitasking role and working under deadlines
Friendly personality and advanced communication skills
Fluent English: written and spoken (daily communication with foreign companies and management of marketing tools)
