Remote-how is looking for a Business Development Specialist, who will join our mission to help companies all over the world become remote work-friendly.

We are looking for candidates who will join us:
- Part-time (20h/week)
- Starting from January 8
- Possibly full-time after a 3-month part-time trial period
Your responsibilities:
- Managing the whole sales process from prospecting to closing
- Generating new business (focus on social selling via LinkedIn)
- Qualifying inbound leads and converting them into Remote-how clients
- Ongoing pipeline management
- Creating a strategy for opportunities through the pain discovery principle
- Building tailor-made offers based on the Remote-how product portfolio
We expect you to have:
- At least 1 year’s experience in a similar position - preferably in the HR/HR-tech space
- Experience in working with targets (monthly, quarterly, etc.)
- Proven track record of closing business deals
- Excellent written and spoken English (CEFR C1+)
- Impressive written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive attitude :)
