We are looking for a person who:
- proactively transforms and organizes the world around her/him,
- has the ability to build a team of self-starters with servant leadership approach in mind,
- has an analytical approach to solving complex problems,
- improves personal and team's productivity,
- is able to listen empathically and foster open and transparent communication.
What will you do?
- build effective agile IT & business teams (including: value flow optimization, obstacles identification and removal, fostering continuous improvement, process waste removal),
- provide transparent, visual communication of the process (visual management),
- co-create measures and implement tools for the effectiveness of empirical processes (EBM),
- educate, mentor and coach members of IT and business teams.
Most wanted skills:
- over 2 years of practical experience in Scrum Master or Agile Coach role in IT teams,
- understanding of various agile and lean concepts, frameworks, techniques and tools with the ability to apply them effectively in practice,
- fuent English allowing you to work in international teams on a daily basis (B2 level minimum).
Nice to have skills:
- excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to adapt to the recipient, situation and communication channel,
- experience in implementing LeSS/SAFe or similar scaling framework within the organization,
- a strong interest in technology - technical background would be an advantage.
