RIOT is on the lookout for a hustling Business development manager with a proven record track of driving and closing deals in the digital industry.
- Start of work: July-August 2019
- Seniority: mid-level
- Salary: 5,000 – 7,000 PLN net (+ monthly sales commissions + annual sales bonus + company share options), TOTAL might be way more than 10,000 PLN net per month
- Contract type: B2B or employment contract

We help our clients plan, design and build any kind of digital product: from web and mobile to smart TV and even to Internet of Things and artificial intelligence. Everything they need to succeed in a digital-first world.
What will you be doing?
- Developing, maintaining and managing positive relationships with clients,
- driving and closing sales to meet monthly and yearly targets,
- meeting, talking and (most importantly) listening,
- monitoring and reporting your activities,
- working arm in arm with production team preparing personalized business proposals, presentations, and prototypes,
- co-creating new business strategy directly with company owners,
- cooperating with marketing staff in order to align sales and marketing actions,
- staying on top of what’s going on in the industry.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 2-3 years in the digital field (preferably in digital agency, software house or a start-up),
- proven track record of sales (preferably 600,000 - 1,000,000 PLN a year),
- rock-solid industry knowledge (both in terms of design and technology),
- proficiency in English (C1 CEFR is a must),
- impeccable personal culture and work ethics,
- adaptability and empathy,
- / OPTIONAL / driving license.
