We are seeking a highly-skilled, adaptable, and reliable person to support our Growth Team. In this position, you will be part of a dynamic team of professionals who plan and implement our sales, marketing, and advertising activities.
Requirements
- tech-savvy
- at least 1-year experience in marketing and/or sale department
- proficient in spoken and written English
- thorough knowledge of social media platforms (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram, Twitter)
- practical knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- ability to collaborate with others
- willingness to learn, adapt and grow
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- ability to multitask, work on multiple projects simultaneously and use effective time management to meet deadlines
- analytical skills
As a Growth Team Assistant you will be:
- preparing, realizing & revising email campaigns
- running, optimizing & growing paid social media campaigns
- maintaining web-related media websites, blogs, social media
- research current industry trends and recognize key demographics
- contributing content to blog, social media & presentations
- creating sales reports with leads breakdown
- administrating CRM system
- generating SQOs (Sales Qualified Opportunities) through LinkedIn, industry websites, forums, cold emailing, etc.
Nice to haves
- B2B experience (advertising/campaigns/content/communication)
- up-to-date knowledge about market trends in E-commerce
- E-commerce experience
- experience with CRM systems
- experience with WordPress
- experience with GA, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
