Currently for one of our top Clients, an international online learning platform for children, we are seeking a Growth Conversion Senior Specialist/Manager to work in Warsaw.
Job description:
Under the supervision of the Country Lead, the Growth Conversion Manager will have the opportunity to craft experiences to capture the inbound traffic and optimize the funnel. This role will partner closely with product, engineering, BI and content teams to drive new customer acquisition and support with implementing user retention strategies. As a member of the marketing team, this role will be exposed to all types of traffic (organic, paid and owned) and will have the opportunity to support and build expertise across omni-channel efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Define and optimize conversion funnels to drive measurable increase in conversion rates and revenue
- Track, interpret user behavior and identify new conversion opportunities across the site to enhance commercial returns
- Develop strong segment knowledge to support with on-site/platform retention strategies
- Generate new creative ideas that are routed in quantitative and qualitative research. Partnering and assisting with user research to help drive hypotheses for testing
- Develop concepts for on-going A/B testing across the site
- Analyze data from different tools to create data driven hypothesis including detailed analysis of website traffic/conversions
- Manage all conversion projects and regularly report progress, findings and new ideas
- Identify & test new technologies to improve conversion rate performance, free growth, consumer engagement, delivery against key metrics
- Work with product development, content and marketing teams to enhance user experience.
Requirements:
- Higher education degree ideally in digital marketing, e-commerce, e-business
- 3-5+ years' work experience with website/web conversion optimization, digital analytics, data/insights
- Fluency in English (both spoken and written)
- Proven track record of improving digital conversion rate and customer retention through multivariate, A/B testing
- Experience with direct response copy writing
- Very strong analytical skills and understanding of the conversion funnels to run tests that will improve performance
- Ability to analyze large data sets, build reports and synthesize metrics into tactical recommendations
- Expert use of customer analytics platforms, e.g. Optimizely, Customer.io, Google Analytics
- Energetic and pro-active personality with a high attention to detail, independent, and agile
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to learn new skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills and a passion for creating a great user experience
- Practical knowledge of using tools such as: Wordpress, Visual Website Optimiser, Amplitude, Marketing Automation systems like Customer.io and Google Analytics
- Experience with subscription models and educational sector – nice to have.
