As a Technical Onboarding Representative, you will be a key player within the marketing/sales organization.  You will be responsible for training and guiding prospective Sumo Logic customers who have signed up for a Sumo Logic free trial.

Your function would be to engage with these prospective customers to learn more about their needs and train them on how to get the most out of their free Sumo Logic trial.  This includes working with them to activate their trials and ensuring they realize value out of our continuous intelligence platform (CIP). 

You are going to be dealing with technical users and complex issues, but you're also tasked with creating excitement and loyalty in the prospective customers you interact with. This is an ideal role for customer success engineers and implementation consultants looking to move into a more leveraged role.
