Become B2B Digital Marketing Specialist at Tribe47:
- As a specialist, you will be responsible for the conversion optimization elements of the project – like website, email campaigns or ad funnels. You will be getting your hands dirty with the pages, ads, emails, and creatives. You will have supporters to back you up (like web developers, copywriters or designers). But you better know how to write a good brief!
- You will also work on several marketing automation tools, they will vary depending on the client. But be ready to handle Active Campaign, Hubspot or Klaviyo as these are some of our favorite ones.
- You will be a part of our B2B team, that specializes in creating and delivering strategies and campaigns for companies that offer B2B services and products.
- If you succeed in the specialist role you will be able to own your project and manage end-to-end digital funnel strategy creation for our B2B clients. But you will need to prove yourself first – yes, we will be watching you carefully for the first few months.
- Know that you might need to bring us sweets from vacation and business trips to the office. You choose what tastes “sweet” to you – like the team of ladies brought Porto from their business trip to Portugal 😇
- Participate in frequent integration parties, enjoying karaoke will be a plus.
Requirements
- At least 2 years in the field of digital marketing, best if you worked hands-on, not just assigning stuff to agencies….
- At least 1 year of experience on B2B projects.
- Understanding of marketing/sales funnel 3.0 and experience with creating elements of such funnels, especially for B2B businesses.
- Experience with email marketing and automation tools (like for example Active Campaign, Hubspot, Klaviyo, Zappier, Get Response, Leadpages etc).
- Experience with campaign setting on advertising platform (f.e. Facebook Ads, Google Ads),
- Fluent English (Fluent Polish will be an asset)!
- You are located in UE.
- Growth-hacking approach to getting stuff done, seriously - DONE!
- Willingness to teach others and help them to grow.
- Enjoying meeting new people and learning new things,
- No problem with getting hands dirty by diving into the unknown.
- Go-getter attitude for scaling, innovation and quality deliverables
- A sense of humor cause work is more fun when you can laugh with the people you work with :-)
