What we need:
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
- Good understanding of digital design.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to debug using a browser console.
What you’ll do:
- Full-time shift job; we offer support 24/7, 365 days a year.
- Become a product expert through internal workshops and knowledge base.
- Build sustainable relationships with our customers through multiple communication channels.
- Handle customer queries, troubleshooting, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
