As Inside sales specialist
You will be responsible for:
- Contacting assigned leads and customers via email, social media and phone to arrange consultations and meetings;
- Reviewing and strategizing how to manage the assigned leads;
- Supporting marketing activities by outreach call and e-mails;
- Answering incoming calls, replying to emails from potential customers;
- Being a first point of contact for leads generated by marketing campaigns;
- Collecting and updating call information;
- Cold calling - making multiple outbound calls to potential customers;
- Cooperating with marketing and sales departments on a daily basis.
You'll need to show:
- Previous B2B outreach experience - preferably outbound;
- Experienced in developing relationships with customers via phone and email;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- A target-focused, results-driven approach to work;
- Fluent English (at least C1).
Nice to have:
- Skilled at online research;
- Knowledge of Hubspot, Aircall;
- Other foreign languages.
