We’re looking for ambitious, motivated and always-on-a-hunt Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to join our Commercial Team. If you’re one of those willing to have an impact on the e-commerce players within EU, work in a start-up mode and have a passion for performance marketing, then we are waiting for you!
Your responsibilities at ZEN will include:
- Overseeing cooperation with external partners (agencies)
- Taking part in creating and optimizing: media campaigns, mailing, social media presence, affiliation, re-marketing, referential and CPC
- Taking part in duties regarding brand building and communication with regards to planned marketing campaigns
- Creating and developing attribution models and measuring the effectiveness of these actions, ROI, conversion and budget optimization
- Creating long- and short-term strategy of performance marketing activities
We're looking for people with:
- Min 3 years of experience as a Performance Marketer
- Strong background in mobile apps marketing
- Very good knowledge of tools and platforms: Google (Analytics, Data Studio, Tag Manager, Campaign Manager), Facebook Ads, Hubspot CMS/CRM (nice to have)
- Experience in interdepartmental cooperation
- Profound knowledge of SEO
- B2/C1 English
