Field & Design Engineer

Engineering:

• Execution of technical surveys and preparation of Survey Reports
• Prepare of EV Charging Station Layouts
• Prepare of In-house Design/Main Project
• Support Engineering process with Subcontractors
• Support process of obtaining Permits (Related with Engineering & Construction)
• Support process Grid Operator affairs
• Preparing charging stations logs and follow up and up-date status of planned and installed stations

Procurement:

• Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ's) for Subcontractor packages
• Preparation of Request for Quotations (RFQ's) for Subcontractor packages
• Supporting local procurements technically
• Supporting evaluation of Subcontractor proposals
• Supporting Material Approval of Procured Materials

Construction:

• Supervise and control the field operations & Sub-contractors
• Monitor Subcontractor productivity and schedule performance
• Coordinate of fields operations btw Stakeholders (Landlord, Sales Team, Subcontractor)
• Ensure execution of field operations as per Main Project
• Ensure execution of field operations as per Engineering & Construction Specifications of Electrip
• Ensure execution of field operations as per Local Regulations & Local Norms & Civil Code
• Ensure execution of field operations as per Quality standards of Electrip
• Ensure execution of field operations as per HSE standards of Electrip and Local HSE regulation
• Ensure that Subcontractors adhere to HSE, quality and schedule requirements
• Ensure follow-up of legal procedures before/after/during field operations
• Ensure the preparation of As-Built drawings by Subcontractors
• Preparation of Daily Reports of field operations
• Control of Progress Payment Reports of Subcontractors
• Ensure the commissioning works by Subcontractors as per Checklist’s and Specifications
• Preparation of Punch List's

General:

• Regularly reporting to Direct Superior
• Providing technical support to Sales & Operation & Procurement & Finance Team
• Support HQ Technical Office for preparation of weekly reports
