Sales Manager (with Slovak / Czech language)

Due to the dynamic growth of our international client (SaaS Vendor with an attractive Customer Value Proposition providing technologies for the eCommerce sector), we are currently looking for a candidate for the position of Sales Manager to operate in the Czech and Slovak markets.

If you are an energetic person with a passion for fast sales, you are familiar with eCommerce, KPIs, and you know Slovak / Czech language this offer is for you!

Your responsibilities include:

·       Standard sales activities

·       Active acquisition of new customers in the eCommerce / Retail sector in the Czech Republic and Slovakia

·       Consulting on the products and services we are offering and presenting the benefits of our solutions

·       Managing whole sales process and closing deals

·       Presentation of USPs to the customer and adjustment offers to clients’ needs

·       Participation in meetings with our experienced international Team

·       Achieving individual and team sales targets

·       Analyzing customer needs and tailoring sales offers to their requirements

·       Cooperating with other company departments for effective project management and mutual business development


Qualification required:

·       Knowledge of the e-commerce and retail market in the Czech Republic and/or Slovakia, as well as marketing automation/customer engagement tools

·       Proficiency in Czech/Slovak language as a 'must-have' (native level)

·       At least 3 years of experience in a relevant or similar position

·       Having your own client database from the eCommerce sector would be highly valuable

·       Familiarity with the SaaS business model and experience in selling such solutions

·       Proactively acquiring new customers and develop partnerships with existing business partners

·       Knowledge of sales techniques with proven results

·       Excellent communication and negotiation skills

·       Ability to draw conclusions from Google Analytics results

·       Managing multiple sales projects simultaneously

·       Proactive attitude and ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
