Within HSBC Innovation Bank, the Transformation & Strategic Change team focuses on enabling transformational change in HSBC Innovation Bank, guided by our strategic ambitions, and delivered through an agile way of working.

What you’ll do

• Driving portfolio health through challenging delivery speed & excellence, whilst managing key stakeholder relationships.
• Understanding of change requests to scope, budget, or effort to deliver the project successfully.
• The set-up of the consolidated portfolio reporting to enable timely and effective decision making in relation to change delivery.
• Control & Monitoring of portfolio investment allocation & benefit projection.
• Creation and maintenance of the process guidance.
• Identification of key thematic issues in delivery and stakeholder’s engagement across Value Streams, Enablers and Technology.
• Understanding of Key Risk and Issues in change portfolio delivery.
• Collaboration and day to day support between IVB, Wholesale Teams & key committees and forums.

What you need to have to succeed in this role

• Self-starter, self-contributor, and leader with entrepreneurial mind-set to lead the Change Management Team for HINV Transformation.
• Strong experience in delivering change.
• Time, risk and dependency management skills.
• Stakeholder Management and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in flexible and dynamic environment across multiple markets and regions.
• Industry recognized certifications would be an asset (Agile, PMP, MSP).
