Position Overview:
👉 As we pursue ambitious growth targets, we're seeking an Inside Sales Specialist to support Pwrteams Sales & Marketing team. This role will focus on driving sales growth through inside sales activities, managing the end-to-end sales process, and optimizing all processes related. Key Responsibilities:
- Inside Sales Management: Oversee the inside sales activities, including managing workflows, preparing proposals, agreements, and ensuring overall quality and efficiency along the sales process.
- Sales Process Optimization: Continuously evaluate and refine sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness, leveraging technology and automation tools where applicable.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales metrics and KPIs to drive individual and team success.
- Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including marketing, talent acquisition, client partner services, finance to align sales efforts with overall company objectives and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Reporting: Generate regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and revenue forecasts for senior management review.
Qualifications:

2+ years’ experience in sales/partnership or equivalent business development roles.
- Advantage: Industry knowledge in professional services, particularly in business process outsourcing or staff augmentation.
- Self-organized & you enjoy bringing in structure into everyday operational practices

Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and align with other departments.
- Solid understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Results-oriented attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Fluent in English, with proficiency in writing and/or leading proposal efforts.
