We are looking for an experienced and talented candidate who can work as an Paid Social Media Specialist [Performance Marketing Specialist with a focus on paid social media] for Tylko. Your goal will be planning, implementing, and executing Paid Social sale strategies.

Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement paid social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest to meet business objectives (setting them up, regular analysis and optimization with the aim of maximizing performance).
• Report on campaign metrics and provide actionable recommendations for improvement based on those reported findings.
• appropriately estimating monthly costs٫ and reconciling any discrepancies that may arise (with cooperation with other channel owners and country managers)
• Planning activities aimed at achieving the planned KPIs (not only the budget but also ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC)
• Incorporating new products into campaigns based on product launches
• Identifying new opportunities with each new product/category launch
• Reporting seasonal or local short-term changes to the market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate, test and refine the end-to-end multi-channel customer experience
• Professional experience with Google Analytics
• Experience developing testing structures and deliverables based on performance

Job requirements

• 2-3 years of professional experience managing Meta and Pinterest Ads campaigns with an emphasis on sales optimization
• [or Proven experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid social media [Meta & Pinterest], preferably in the e-commerce industry
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions based on multiple data sources
• Strong Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Very good command of English and Polish
• Efficiency in work planning and joint project management.
• Passion for ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) ideas and solutions.
• Readiness to assume responsibility beyond the set scope and channel, extending to other areas of e-commerce.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure
• Available to work from our Warsaw office twice a week

Nice to have:

• Experience working with backend and/or frontend developers.
• Experience in running paid social media campaigns in foreign markets
• crafting an optimized Meta Product Feeds
• Experience in paid social activities for high-end products with/or extended customer path
