We're on the hunt for a Video & Motion Designer to join Displate's in-house Creative Team — someone just as delightfully twisted in marketing and branding design as we are. A strong demo reel that screams "you get it" is a must. Your daily mission will be to bring bold, dynamic, and delightfully twisted visuals to life—blending motion, storytelling, and brand flair to elevate Displate’s marketing campaigns, product showcases, and social media presence.

🎬Camera Operator SkillsYou’ll take the lead behind the lens in our in-house studio, working with Sony Alpha gearto capture high-quality video and photo content. From framing dynamic shots to experimenting with angles and lighting, you’ll help shape raw footage and stills into the foundation of bold campaigns, product showcases, and creative stories.

What will you do?

• Camera operating (video and photo production in our in-house studio with Sony Alpha equipment)

• Editing and color grading raw footage from Sony Alpha.

• Design engaging digital animation in 2D and 3D, from the scratch or based on existing materials, for marketing projects and Displate website.

• Collaborate closely with the team to conceptualize and create videos for the performance and cross-marketing campaigns and Displate website, including taking a part in preproduction, production and post-production.

• Cooperate with Creative and other competence teams members (Art Director, Designers, Copywriters, Project owners) in establishing concepts and delivering projects.

• Solves project problems based on the brief.

Want to try yourself in Displate?

General expectations:

• Have 3+ proven years of experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your motion design skills.

• Utilize industry-standard software (such as Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to create visually appealing motion graphics.

• Possess conceptual thinking and a strong sense of visual storytelling, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling motion graphics.

• Demonstrate technical expertise in motion design.

• Have knowledge of video production and post-production basics.

• Possess basic-level 3D modeling and animation skills (we work with Cinema 4D).

• Photography skills and experience using a gimbal are welcomed.

• Stay up to date with design trends, techniques, and tools in motion graphics to ensure our visual content remains fresh and innovative.

• Show attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within deadlines.

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively present and discuss design concepts with stakeholders.

• Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, as well as a graphic design background, are a huge plus.

• Fluent English communication skills, minimum B2 level.
