As we organically accelerate our footprint across the CEE and DACH regions, we are looking for a relentless, consultative Business Development Executive to personally drive our enterprise outbound engine, capture high-value strategic targets, and help transition large brands from siloed legacy software to unified digital ecosystem retainers.
As a Business Development Executive within our growth engine, you will have complete personal accountability for navigating and closing large, multi-stakeholder technology delivery contracts.
You will bypass superficial “feature pitching” to establish peer-to-peer relationships with C-level executives (CTOs, CDOs, and CFOs), discovering their critical business pain and mapping tailored, value-driven software consulting solutions that directly improve their top and bottom lines.
You will be:
Qualify Relentlessly: Act as a disciplined checkpoint system for our pipeline, applying rigorous qualification standards throughout the entirety of the deal lifecycle to maximize resource allocation and forecast accuracy
Lead Enterprise Discovery: Conduct thorough, two-sided discovery calls to uncover, quantify, and deeply implicate operational problems, transforming tech requirements into clear indicators of financial impact and business urgency.
Construct Compelling Business Cases: Perform exhaustive needs analyses to build and defend rock-solid ROI projections, aligning technical capabilities with corporate financial metrics for executive approval.
Drive Deal Momentum: Take complete control of the complex enterprise purchasing track, utilizing tools like collaborative, backward-mapped “Go-Live Plans” to build alignment with client champions and hold decision timelines in check.
Orchestrate “Peer-to-Peer” Selling: Mobilize internal delivery experts seamlessly—coordinating with Tech Leads to audit legacy code structures and Product Design Leads to present unified UI systems to brand directors to systematically expose competitor quality gaps
Unlock Cross-Sell & Up-Sell Channels: Map cross-functional divisions within target corporate accounts to dismantle siloed vendor fatigue and capture budget from adjacent verticals (e.g., fuel, finance, loyalty, and e-commerce apps).
Command Contract Execution: Lead end-to-end commercial and legal contract negotiations, safely neutralizing procurement strategies and resolving corporate redlines while preserving margins and managing risk requirements.
Maintain Process Hygiene: Record precise pipeline data and stage definitions within Salesforce CRM, reporting performance metrics and revenue run-rates weekly to the Head of Growth.
We want you on board if you have:
7+ Years of Experience: A proven track record in high-end B2B enterprise sales or growth-focused client management, with considerable time spent as an individual contributor closing high-value custom tech delivery, software consulting, or enterprise SaaS retainers.
CEE/DACH Expertise: Documented success initiating, developing, and navigating multi-stakeholder enterprise relationships across central Europe, preferably within the retail or consumer-facing service sectors.
Strategic Product Acumen: A solid structural understanding of custom digital products, agile workflows, and integrated enterprise software architecture—specifically how native mobile ecosystems function as strategic revenue generators.
Value-Based Methodology Mastery: Deep operational familiarity with high-difficulty qualification frameworks (such as MEDDICC or MEDDPICC), knowing how to locate real economic buyers, isolate competitive traps, and manage complex paper processes.
AI-Enabled Workflow Comfort: Ability to thoughtfully use AI-powered intelligence tools within discovery, territory mapping, and account research processes to gain deeper insights and drive outsized sales velocity.
Executive Gravitas: Superb communication, positioning, and relationship skills, with the instinctive confidence to command a room of corporate executives or hold your ground firmly against corporate procurement teams.
Bilingual Fluency: Native or completely professional C1/C2-level written and spoken command of both Polish and English to lead international client and group-wide sales sessions flawlessly.
Would be nice if you also have:
Active Network Alignment: Existing relationships with CDOs, CTOs, or Heads of Product across prominent enterprise networks in the CEE or nearshore markets.
Advanced Salesforce Architecture Skills: Hands-on experience with CRM automation, stage exit criteria, and sales governance tracking.
