Your role and responsibilities

We are on the hunt for a business-oriented Consulting Manager to spearhead our AI Automation consulting team. This role is not just about leading; it's about innovating, transforming, and scaling our business to new heights. Main Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Development: Lead the charge in recruiting AI consultant interns and molding them into senior consultants. Your mission will be to develop a team with a proven record in business consulting and delivery of projects that have a tangible impact, mirroring the success seen within the Big 4.
• Sales and Consulting Excellence: Drive the sales of AI automation consulting and implementation to enterprises globally, leveraging value-based selling to demonstrate the high impact our services can have on client businesses. Your role will involve conducting discovery workshops with clients, mapping their business processes, and translating these into specific projects that deliver clear, impactful results.
• Client Relationship Management and Consulting Projects Delivery: Build and maintain strong client relationships, oversee the delivery of projects by your team, and ensure that projects are KPI'ed in a manner that is meaningful and impactful for the client.
• Team Management and Skill Development: Manage and scale the consulting team, instilling in them the business consulting savoir vivre. Teach younger consultants how to be effective frontmen, how to behave in various business contexts, and how to carry out discovery workshops and KPI projects effectively.

Requirements

• Proven Experience: Demonstrable success in selling consulting services, managing sales and service delivery teams, and developing teams in the area of business consulting with a clear impact.
• AI Passion and Knowledge: A deep interest in AI and AI process automation, coupled with practical experience in using various AI tools.
• Technical Proficiency and Business Acumen: IT savvy, eager to learn and teach new technical AI-related skills, with a strong business sense focused on achieving and exceeding results.
• Leadership and Maturity: Business maturity, with the ability to inspire your team towards excellence and innovation, mirroring the leadership qualities admired in partners at Big 4 consulting firms.
• Discovery and Process Mapping Skills: Experience in conducting discovery workshops, mapping business processes, and translating these into impactful services for clients.
• Value-Based Selling: Proficiency in value-based selling, with the ability to demonstrate to clients the high impact our services will have on their business.
• KPI and Impact Focus: Ability to KPI projects in a way that is meaningful and impactful for the client and to train younger consultants in these skills.
