About the role:
We're looking for an assisting Business Partner for our CEO - someone who will provide support in key areas: business development, sales, marketing communication, and operational management. This isn't a typical assistant role - it's an opportunity to directly impact the growth of a tech company.
What you'll do:
Sales Support
Lead qualification and categorization in Salesforce
Operational communication with international clients
Preparing sales opportunity and client briefings
Drafting sales proposals and commercial documents
Conducting initial calls with global clients
Meeting summaries and material preparation for presales
Executive Support
CEO calendar management with productivity optimization
Research and preparation of materials for meetings
Cross-department communication coordination
Business presentations and reports preparation
Marketing & Content
Creating marketing materials (case studies, one-pagers)
Content for external communication (LinkedIn, newsletter, blog)
Internal communication materials (all-hands, updates)
Social media support and brand consistency
We're looking for:
Must-have:
2 years of experience in inbound sales, lead qualification, or executive support
Excellent Polish & English - direct communication with US/UK clients
Salesforce or similar CRM (advanced user)
AI productivity tools (GPT, Claude) - advanced hands-on experience
Familiarity with popular communication & productivity applications
Content creation - copywriting, basic design (Canva)
Tech tools / IT applications savvyness
Personality fit:

Finding solutions instead of obstacles
