At present we are searching for experienced Recruitment Specialists who will join our HR Team and secure a continuous supply of brilliant talent to our candidates’ pipeline. Joining 10Clouds HR Team as a Recruitment Specialist means:

  • coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes for both IT and non-IT positions
  • building and maintaining efficient relationships with hiring managers
  • creating job descriptions and designing the recruitment process’ stages for new or extraordinary positions
  • constant and proactive search of new efficient ways to attract and provide top talent to the organisation
  • clear and timely communication with candidates while providing impeccable candidate experience
  • being a first-line ambassador of 10Clouds culture and values
  • presenting the company’s EVP in the most attractive way
  • skillful negotiating the terms of collaboration
  • preparing and signing contracts with new hires
  • new hires onboarding
  • possibility to experiment and making own decisions to generate best recruitment results
  • promoting 10C job openings in SM, conferences and meetups
  • benchmarking and monitoring EB, recruitment and labour market trends
  • proactive influence on EB strategy and engagement in EB initiatives
  • managing the recruitment pipeline and process in one of the best ATS
  • recruitment budget to provide all the needed tools and sources
  • brainstorming and cooperating in a team of creative, open-minded and result oriented professionals
  • open but assertive communication while giving and receiving instant feedback

Must-have Requirements:

  • min. 2 years experience in end-to-end recruitment (both IT and non-IT)
  • familiarity with the tech industry and market
  • experience in coordinating multiple recruitment processes at the same time
  • experience in the efficient cooperation with ambitious hiring managers
  • excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • assertiveness and ability to communicate directly and emphatically at the same time
  • fluent English (at least C1)
  • good analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • solid experience in conducting different types of interviews (structured, behavioral, competency-based, etc)
  • hands on experience with various selection methods (phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
  • positive, proactive and entrepreneurial can-do attitude
  • excellent work-organisation (prioritising and “GTD” approach)

Nice-to-have:

  • experience in both recruitment agency and inhouse recruitment (in a software house)
  • experience in an organisation of 100+ employees
  • network of professional relationships both in real life and social media
  • familiarity with various Applicant Tracking Systems (esp. Workable)
  • some additional background in HR areas other than recruitment (hiring, labour law, payroll, feedback, EB etc.)
