10Clouds is a software development company with 15 years of experience, now leading in AI-augmented software solutions across Europe and the US.

Seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager to oversee all HR functions, reporting directly to the CEO, and driving our high-performance, AI-first culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR initiatives aligned with 10Clouds' objectives, focusing on change management, efficiency, and cultural transformation.​ Collaborate with leadership to support the AI-focused strategy and promote 10Clouds as an AI-forward organization in the talent market.
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent with AI competencies. Utilise ATS (preference for Traffit) to manage recruitment, and AI-driven tools to enhance its efficiency.​ Develop/launch initiatives to promote AI skill development internally and externally.
  • Employee Relations, Engagement & Communications: Foster a positive work environment that encourages professional growth and accountability. Implement initiatives to boost employee morale and retention.​ Coordinate company-wide communications, including town halls and Q&A sessions, to keep employees informed and aligned with company objectives.
  • Performance Management: Manage a lean performance review process, emphasizing AI knowledge, engagement, effectiveness, and value delivery.​
  • Compensation and Benefits: Oversee competitive compensation and benefits that align with industry standards and support employee satisfaction.​
  • Compliance, HR Administration & Operations: Ensure compliance with Polish labor laws. Manage HR administration, payroll, benefits, and record-keeping.​ Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding HR and administrative matters. ​Coordinate office-related expenses, invoices, postal services, and courier arrangements.​
  • Training and Development: Implement AI upskilling programs to keep the team at the forefront of technological advancements.​
  • Change Management: Lead organizational change initiatives, promoting a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.​


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the technology sector.​
  • In-depth knowledge of all HR functions, including change management, recruitment, payroll, HR administration, and compliance.​
  • Hands-on experience in collaborating with external accounting partners.
  • Familiarity with various applicant tracking systems, particularly Traffit.
  • Strong understanding of AI trends and their impact on tech talent management.​
  • Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a lean HR team.​
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on simplicity, clarity and business alignment.​ Experienced in managing internal communications and organizing company-wide events.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and analytical abilities.​ Business partner for the CEO and top leadership. Excellent prioritiser, able to focus on what’s most impactful.
  • Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving attitude.
  • Innovative and creative approach to HR, capable of developing thought leadership initiatives that promote AI development within the company and in the broader market.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.​
  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) is a plus.
