You will:

  • build relationships with new potential clients of CRM and marketing automation systems in the medium and large business market in Poland (250+ employees).
  • independently identify sales leads, following the existing process, or creating new steps.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries to the company.
  • Assist in preparing demos and offers.
  • Be the first point of contact for potential clients.


We are a perfect fit if you have:

  • between 2-4 years of experience in an independent sales or sales development role in the IT industry for B2B companies
  • understanding of the technology buying process in Poland
  • proven track record of closing deals
  • ability to initiate conversationsidentify problems and goals, and engage with decision-makers.
  • capability to work independently with a strong focus on achieving results
  • communicative level of English and fluent Polish
