Junior Performance Marketing Specialist

Abriga is a cosmetics company creating and developing innovative beauty and wellness brands, combining high-quality products with a strong focus on e-commerce growth. Through our online store Nutridome we reach a wide audience of conscious consumers and continuously scale our digital sales channels. Performance marketing plays a crucial role in our growth strategy, which is why we are looking for a Junior Performance Marketing Specialist who will support paid advertising activities, learn how to optimize campaigns, and help drive measurable results for our cosmetic brands across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads.

What will you be doing?

• Supporting the performance team in the day-to-day execution of advertising campaigns

• Setting up and launching campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads based on a proven internal framework

• Ensuring campaign settings are correct and ads are implemented with high quality and accuracy

• Uploading and implementing advertising materials (copy, graphics, video) into ad platforms

• Monitoring campaign results and identifying areas for improvement

• Optimizing ongoing campaigns according to established processes and guidelines

• Preparing simple performance reports and result summaries

• Working closely with the team - we operate collaboratively and follow clear, structured processes

Who are we looking for?

You’ll be a great fit if you:

• Have initial experience with online advertising (Meta Ads, Google Ads — even on a small scale)

• Are detail-oriented and pay close attention to accuracy

• Feel comfortable working within clear frameworks and guidelines

• Can consistently handle repetitive tasks without compromising quality

• Prefer having clearly defined goals and responsibilities

• Want to learn performance marketing in practice, within a team that follows structured processes

• Have English proficiency at C1 level, allowing you to communicate confidently during meetings with international agencies (online calls, performance discussions, ongoing coordination)
