Job Description: 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Quantitative Developer to join our cryptocurrency trading team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing advanced quantitative trading strategies specifically tailored for the cryptocurrency market. Your expertise in backtesting, statistical modeling, and algorithmic trading will be instrumental in driving the success of our trading operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Design and develop sophisticated quantitative trading strategies for cryptocurrencies, leveraging statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques. 
• Conduct rigorous backtesting and performance analysis of trading strategies to ensure their effectiveness, profitability, and robustness. 
• Collaborate closely with the trading team to integrate your strategies seamlessly into the live trading infrastructure. 
• Monitor and analyze the real-time performance of trading strategies, making data-driven adjustments to optimize their performance and mitigate risk.
• Stay at the forefront of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the cryptocurrency trading landscape, and incorporate relevant insights into your work.
• Provide technical expertise and support to the broader team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. 

Required Qualifications: 

• Wrote and executed live with real money trading strategies in Cryptos.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related quantitative field. 
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quantitative trading, with a strong focus on cryptocurrencies. 
• Familiarity with cryptocurrency exchanges, trading platforms, and related technologies. (CCXT) 

Preferred Skills and Qualities: 

• Experience in developing and deploying automated trading systems in live environments. 
• Knowledge of portfolio optimization techniques and risk management strategies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest advancements and trends in the cryptocurrency market. 
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.
