THE WORK:

• Collecting due receivables according to procedures.
• Handling emails & phone calls.
• Building business relationships with customers and stakeholders.
• Cooperating with internal departments (finance and sales teams).
• Accounts reconciliation and allocation of incoming payments.

Qualifications

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Fluent English and Spanish (B2).
• Previous experience in Order to Cash, Collections or BPO, Shared Services will be an asset.
• Microsoft Excel skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills as well as organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
