INTERNSHIP PROGRAM
As an Intern supporting Public Procurement (PZP) and tender‑related activities, you will gain hands‑on experience in working with documentation, data analysis and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include:
Monitoring selected public procurement platforms.
Supporting the analysis and organization of tender documentation.
Assisting in the verification of the materials vs. requirements defined in procurement documents.
Updating internal databases.
Preparing simple summaries and reports in Excel to support tender‑related processes.
Flexible: The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at an Accenture office or hybrid mode, depending on project needs.

Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Law, Administration, Economics, Management or related fields).
Interest in public procurement, compliance and document analysis.
Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
Fluency in Polish (minimum B2) and good command of English (minimum B2).
Availability to work at least 30 hours per week.

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
Basic knowledge of Public Procurement Law (e.g. from university courses).
First experience working with administrative or legal documentation.
Interest in process improvement, automation or AI‑based solutions.
