Senior Product Designer

What will you do?

• You will be responsible for creating new or developing existing digital products and lead the work of a small team of junior and / or mid designers who will be on your project team
• We work with our clients directly and together with them we create a coherent value proposition - that's why you will conduct workshop sessions with them based on the design thinking methods
• A large part of your work will be prototyping and testing
• Your project will be most often run in scrum
• The main stakeholders you will work with are Product Owners and senior stakeholders from the client's business

What do we expect from you?

• Fluent knowledge of English
• Very good knowledge of the principles of creating digital products, UI patterns, accessibility, and heuristics
• High competences in the field of prototyping (Figma and Sketch as well as InVision and DMS have no secrets from you)
• The ability to conduct workshops with the client using design thinking
• Experience in the area of system design
• Curiosities about the world - designers in our team, on average, change the project every few months and learn about new industries
• High communication skills
• Passion for good design
• Min 5 years of experience working as a UX / UI / Product / Interaction Designer
