About the Job: As our new Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth with a high focus on building relations with new clients and maintaining customer relationships with our existing customers in Poland.

Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new clients and develop relations across Poland.
- Sales to and servicing of present customers in Poland.
- Plan, carry out, and follow-up on customer visits at new and existing customers in the area.
- Frequent visits to the headquarters and stores of customers.
- Prepare unambiguous business agreements with new and existing customers in accordance with our strategy together with the Sales Director.
- Preparation, participation, and follow-up for House Fairs in Denmark, and other International Fairs.
- Product selection, pricing, offering, and follow-up according to customers' deadlines.
- Permanent resident in Poland.
- Fluent in Polish.
- Your English is at a good level both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently, structured, and as part of a team in a fast-paced, international environment.

- Excellent relationship-building skills with both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the furniture or related industry with an insight into the Polish furniture market.
