Growth Content Manager

For our team based in Warsaw and remotely, we are looking for a Growth Content Manager to join our Growth Team at Addepto. You will manage the content delivery process in cooperation with external agencies and monitor an internal team of marketers and growth hackers. You will also be responsible for developing the company's marketing strategy directly with the CEO and CRO.

We are open for candidates with different expertise levels, who want to further develop their skills and experience in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Building SEO and Content strategy to achieve inbound marketing, lead generation and brand awareness goals
• Managing the content production, distribution process and promotion
• Digital content optimization for SEO (blog, white papers, one-pager etc.)
• Participating in and managing the process of copywriting
• Monitoring the work of external agencies and contractors
• Website audit and competition monitoring and analysis
• Marketing funnel management
• Monitoring marketing trends
• Close cooperation with company’s management

Requirements:

• Excellent copywriting and verbal communication skills, with a strong level of English fluency.
• Experience working with GSC, GTM, GA, HubSpot, Ahrefs or similar tools
• Experience in giving an actionable insight for a whole team and task delegation
• Writing content that has ranked high in search
• Experience in Content Marketing and SEO
• Excellent storytelling capabilities
• Experience in working with targets
• Experience in resolving complex issues
• A proactive approach to improving marketing processes
